John and Cammie Blauert are good friends from MN. In earlier posts you see we stayed with them several times when we were "homeless". John just lost his father Gary, and his mother is not doing well. We have spent a few times Meeting Gary and Linda and really enjoyed their company. Well when John knew we were going on our adventure he talked about is Uncle Dave Blauert. So as you know Dennis...We looked him up when we got to Sedona. John told us Dave basically built Sedona! We googled his Business and stopped in. We missed him twice so we left our number and Dave called us. We Just wanted to say hi and get a picture but ended up talking for over an Hour and what an amazing man. He has been an intricate part of Sedona and AZ too. Many Monuments , Memorials, and housing developments. Over 1000 homes and currently working on a large project. We stopped at the latest Memorial he helped with and Just dedicated to the "Rosies" the second in the nation. Out for Drinks at 89 Steakhouse and then to the Famous Mariposa latin inspired Grill, Where a friend
of his gave us a tour and bought us Drinks and apps to die for!
