Bayou Teche Museum

Teche was an Indian name for snake, these people said that the Bayou was once a very large snake and left the trail looking like a snake once dead became the Bayou. The Museum was in an old movie theater. We sat and watched a short movie in the "colored" section with stairs going up to the balcony.
